The International Graduate Programme

The International Graduate Programme is our way of investing in young talents right out of university while developing future leaders for the companies in our business portfolio.

Innovation is at the core of the close cooperation between the companies. This requires substantial investment in an ongoing development in R&D capabilities and continuous improvement in operations. Use your analytical capabilities to challenge the current way of working and implement new solutions.

Over a period of 18 months, you will work on two or three challenging R&D projects. For example related to new product development, industrialization of innovations or process improvements. You will work out of Nemho in The Netherlands, but interact closely with the companies in the group. International travel up to 30% may be required. The International Trainee Programme is the first step in an innovation focused career track within the group. If you strive to get the most out of yourself and to make an impact in an international environment, this is a powerful start to your career.
